How to Become a CPN Licensee

To become a CPN licensee:

1. Complete and submit the CPN Inquiry Form
2. Complete an interview with a CPN representative
3. Upon approval, review the CPN License Agreement
4. Once approved, submit the CPN Application
5. Secure final approval from CPN
6. Execute the CPN License Agreement
7. Attend and complete CPN Institute Orientation
